The principals of Ocean Green Homes Ltd have been active in all aspects of home construction since the early 1970’s and their combined length of service to residential consumers exceeds 100 years. Glenn Schmitke, construction manager for Ocean Green Homes, has been active in residential construction since 1976. Until recently Glenn was the project manager for a large and successful Alberta home building company and recently decided to follow his dream to participate in the ownership and management of Ocean Green Homes Ltd on Vancouver Island.
