To Whom It May Concern,

Over the course of the past three years my wife and I have built two homes. The first was our dream home and unfortunately the location was inappropriate thus we built again. The construction supervisor for both of these homes was Glenn Schmitke. Home construction is not an easy process when you haven’t done it before. Glenn made our experience as palatable as possible.

Glenn is a first rate individual with years of experience. He helped to lead us through many decisions and upon completion of our homes we felt as if we owed him a debt of gratitude. He displayed the utmost in professionalism yet it was obvious that he cared about our home and our needs. We felt as if he was on our team.

As we built, we found many pitfalls. This best part for us was being able to sit down with Glenn and discuss our concerns, discuss the options, and coordinate a solution that we felt good about. He showed outstanding integrity, a willingness to truly listen to our requests, and a competency to see things done correctly. Glenn also doesn’t compromise on quality. He doesn’t take shortcuts and is up front and honest about completion dates.

Our experience with Glenn Schmitke could not have been better. The best part, Glenn is a nice person, one whom we would visit on a personal level. (Not sure about his golf handicap though) We were sad when we heard Glenn was leaving but our loss is someone else’s gain. We hope that someday soon, we will be able to again work with Glenn. For us, perhaps a retirement home on the Vancouver Island.

We highly recommend Glenn Schmitke as a home builder.

Respectfully,

Don and Kathie Gellatly
